Heat Exchanger Kit:

Early on in Snowhawk riding we found the rear deflector causing too much drag in deep snow and hard turns. When the deflector was removed there was a noticeable improvement in handling. However when the deflector was removed in low snow conditions, not enough snow was getting to the stock heat exchanger. We decided to build a heat exchanger to fit in the track, thus making the deflector unnecessary. Other benefits of the new exchanger are, lower centre of gravity, the new exchanger becomes unsprung weight, removes heat from the carburetor and gas tank areas. Finally a small snow fender was installed to keep snow off your back. The Heat Exchanger Kit includes, exchanger, aluminum tubing and hoses, tunnel replacement for removal of old exchanger, all rivets and hardware.
